AWAC HATZ Return/Refund Policy
This policy is to be read very carefully before any user places an order. By reading this policy you will get a general idea of the steps to be taken in case you need a refund and in which cases items will not be eligible for free returns. By purchasing on our website, www.awachatz.com, you are accepting the terms of this policy.
Accessories and Clothes:
Up to 30 days following the date of delivery, you may return garments and accessories, “Item”.
Before sending the Item, you must send an e-mail to [email protected], indicating the number of your order and describing the reason for the request.
Once we have received your request, we will reply within 7 business days, explaining if the refund is applicable and indicating the PO BOX address for our “Return Center”.
The Item must be returned with all product packaging, including boxes, and, if necessary, certifications of authenticity, grading, and assessment. Items cannot be returned if any necessary tags are missing.
Once received we will proceed to reimburse you or to send a new Item.
You must cover the return shipping expenses unless the reason for the return is attributable to us.

Alexa voice shopping:
Process your return as indicated in section 1 if you bought using Alexa.
Products that are configured, personalized, or inscribed are considered customized products, and examples include engravings, stamps, monograms, embroidery, embossing, etching, carving, and printing.
Customized products will only be subject to refund policy if the products are damaged/defective upon arrival, or materially different from what was ordered, As they are personalized items, we will not exchange or refund customized items due to personal configuration, inscription, or design on these products.
After being purchased, Gift Cards Gift Cards cannot be returned (except as required by law).
